The map below shows the areas that we explored on the second and third day.

Swimming in a warm sea is an exhilarating experience. In addition, seawater supports the human body very well, allowing one to relax while floating like a piece of cork. At this beach, there is a natural spring and a small creek. After a swim in the sea water, you can wash the salt off in a shallow pool, bathing with hundreds of small fish.
After breakfast, which was assisted by free-roaming goats (they are everywhere on this island), I flew my drone to take some images. The colour and temperature of the water were unforgettable. This place felt like a paradise. We wanted to spend a few more hours being lazy and enjoying the scenery, but our plans for the day included a long hike to the Hoq Cave, the largest cave in the Middle East. Considering that the temperature was quickly rising, we needed to do this hike before it got too hot. The cave is much bigger than I expected. We've only seen the main section of it, and it took us at least an hour to explore the cave. The hike back down to the car was challenging, as the heat reached +46° C. It was hot...
After the cave exploration, we drove northwest towards the second camp on another secluded beach. Our guide promised excellent snorkelling for the following day...
